As was realized during the initial reconnaissance visit, the room only had one fan, no lighting and just one socket.
It therefore became apparent that it was up to our team to do complete wiring of the room which included

1. Putting Florescent Lighting in place
2. Putting in an additional 3 ceiling fans in place
3. Putting sockets all round the room
